This is one of the busiest times of the year for applications that are due by June 30 (end of financial year for many funders).
Plan ahead now to avoid any rush and submit your application well before its due date.
Make a note of the password and the number allocated to your application
You can save your application and return at any time, just select Save and log out.
When you log back in, click on the My Submissions link at the top of the screen. You can then reopen any drafts and continue the application.
If you are asked to upload documents to support your application the attachments need to be Word documents, image documents (.jpg) or in PDF Format. The recommended file size is 5MB each, however files can be up to 25MB each.
Once you have submitted your application, you cannot edit or amend it in any way.
When you submit an application, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the application attached, which should be kept for future reference.
If you do not receive a confirmation email then you should presume that the application has NOT been submitted.However, check your junk/SPAM folder first in case the email has gone there. If the submission is not there, call the SmartyGrants Help Desk on 9320 6888.
